Kelvin Cochran
US Fire Chief under the Obama Administration for a short time in 2010, he preferred to return to his fire chief position at the Atlanta fire department. He spoke recently (Oct 2014) at the International Fire and Rescue Conference, where I was hired to do their photography for the website.
